Sim Card No Service, Sim card being deactivated?

hi maxis, my sim card show no activation.
+60142995618. i was at oversea, few days ago i still able to use. and my last top update was 6 oct for RM 5. so if 1 month should be still active right? thanks. |

hi hotlink,
you msg me that re-activation is no longer available. but i how come, some of the some of the user can reactive where by their lapse period is longer than mine. is that any possible to use back the number? i dun mind for the credit balance. as i need the number for my oversea use. thanks. |
