Read earlier postings, there are lotsa recommendations already. For those without transport & looking for cheap food & stay, Tanah Rata is definitely a better choice rather than Brinchang which is a cut-throat town!
There is a new apartments area called Royal Lily. Lotsa of apartment there and not far from Tanah Rata town ctr. Bala as earlier posted, looks haunted to me & one of the guy who stayed there felt eeriness.. I hv added the below Tanah Rata maps (From malfreemaps.com) inclusive of the new Royal Lily Apartment or flats (This is individual owner type of apt but rented out to tourist) & also Bala's at the Northern tip of the maps..In the maps u can also views most of the hotels & guesthouses but abit tiny to the eye.. ![]() This post has been edited by stimix: Nov 4 2008, 03:58 PM |

Hi, I'm looking for a budget stay in CH, but since it's first time going there, I don't know which one is good.
My budget is under RM100. Here's a few I got from internet. Daniel Travellers Lodge Twin Pines Father Guest House. Any comment on those? |
