Correct, as the profit margin are not that high, 1000-4000% only depending on the scale of that company.

to be precise, it's for termite control...for the ground floor, they say need to drill through until reach the soil level, then they will apply the chemical straight into the soil through the hole, but so far drill 3 feet still cannot reach the soil rclxub.gif

What kind of property? Probably with rough foundation structure design.

Why does the guy go and drill your house ? the perimeter will be fine.

I run an entire warehouse of 60k sf and don't need to drill any internal. We just drill the perimeter, basically the ROAD.
The chemical will sip into the ground and permanently poison the soil. if you stop treatment, the soil will slowly go back to normal.

its like an additive drug business, as long as you continue, you are fine. no permanent solution actually.

Not sure about what the guy drilled. I'm not changing the tiles in my living hall, hence only drill one foot from wall, as for the kitchen floor area, tiles will be changed, hence he drilled right in the middle of the wet kitchen area, about 6-7 feet wide.

Mine is a linked house, so my perimeter would be the wall with my neighbours on the left and right, and he drilled a few hole 1 foot from the wall

from your front porch to the back yard should be only about 50ft. each drill hole is good for a 20ft radius. 4 hole will already done a 40ft radius job. more than enough for a seek and destroy job to be perform on a standard 20x70 house.

nothing much that could be done. as I mentioned previously, holes were drilled in area where I plan to do the TV cabinet, so that there would be covered up later on, but never reached the soil... at the kitchen area (and also car porch, if I remember correctly), they managed to drill through until soil and from there they pumped in as much as chemical they could, hoping that the chemical will sip through the soil to cover larger area. they also sprayed on the wall at kitchen area before I cover up with new tiles. for now, there's no sign of termites yet. still keeping my fingers crossed.. sweat.gif
