sorry if this question have been ask many times before, but i really dont know and need answer.

I usually upgrade my firmware using UMD games, and now both my psp (R2 and R3) have firmware 2.6. Question is, i just read somewhere that actually i should upgrade the firmware according to my psp region. Meaning if Japan psp i should upgrade with japan firmware. I never did that instead i just upgrade with any region (either US or Asian from the UMD games).

But until now, i havent feel somethin wrong with my psp. Is it okay to continue doing that?

FYI, I never tried upgrade using internet before.

if nothing going wrong with your psp now, then you're good to go. but it is advisable if you update them accordingly to their respective region, just in case.

as far as i know, RSS only stream musics from the internet but not from your computer

the chottoshot is perfect except that it takes only 15 second movies...when that is hacked...let me know. haha.

somehow i've heard chotto shot cam requires fw 2.8
but in some magazines said that it requires 2.71.

Can't test mine yet. It needs some 'tweaking'.

Oh and any sign of the GPS? If they can get japanese launch PS3, I'm sure they can get GPS! Congratz on the purchase man.

Anyway, I didn't enquire about the GPS device. I acted on this Chotto Shotto purchase based on Ninja's tip-off yesterday. Hmmph.. The GPS is another must-have device for our precious PSP.

but isn't the chotto shot currently in japanese?? u fluent in jap too, DFlo??

i have no choice but to wait for the US version, coz for all i care, the language can be in martian or japanese and it'll still make no difference to me coz i wun understand a single word.

btw, when u take a photo, does it give out that "shutter click" sound effect (like digicams and handphones)??? oh...and does it have flash or something??...coz if it doesn't, it's useless in the dark.

of course la I meant u and ninja too... tak dapat ps3 ni pun jadila kan I hope the GPS is around the same price.... and with KL Street Directory overlay tooo... I suck at knowing roads so this would be a big help. Since MGS uses GPS I hope they bundle it with it.... for sure I'll save up for it
