To update from 3.71 M33 to 3.71 M33-2 is very easy, just copy the UPDATE folder that has EBOOT.PBP file into PSP/GAME folder and run it from XMB

QUOTE(sempronic @ Oct 4 2007, 12:59 AM) First of all make sure that you have configured the psp to run the game folder in the 3.XX kernel. This can be done from the Recovery Menu (Hold the R button while switching ON the PSP), Go to Configuration -> Game folder homebre currently : 3.52 kernel).1. Download the official 3.71 EBOOT.PBP from Sony and rename it to 371.PBP 2. Download 3.71 M33 CFW and extract it. Copy the UPDATE folder into PSP/GAME/. 3. Copy the 371.PBP file into PSP/GAME/UPDATE/. Now you'll have 3 files inside PSP/GAME/UPDATE folder i.e EBOOT.PBP, umodule.prx and 371.PBP 4. Go back into XMB and execute the updater. Press X and SONY updater will begin. Don't panic because it will run the official SONY updater. Just follow the instructions on screen and everything will be fine. 5. After finish updating to 3.71 M33 delete all the files inside the PSP/GAME/UPDATE folder and copy the EBOOT.PBP file from the 3.71 M33-2 UPDATE folder into PSP/GAME/UPDATE folder and run it from the XMB Good Luck This post has been edited by tot31: Oct 4 2007, 01:10 AM |

Get the Sony EX-71. Reasonable sound quality for that price range. how much is that creative earphone during the time you bought it? Or better still, a pair of Shure is definitely the way to go IMHO. |

Dark AleX has released a new updated version of the Despertar del Cementerio universal unbricker. This particular unbricker works for both the Slim and Fat models of Sony's PlayStation Portable handheld video game console.
According to Dark AleX, this new update is mainly to support the PSP Slim's screen in the mixed 1.50/3.40 kernel used during recovery. This is also a pretty big step towards 1.50 kernel support in the PSP Slim since the main problem - the screen - is now fixed. Here's a full changelog: * Coded a display driver that supports the psp slim screen in the mixed 1.50/3.40 kernel. * The M33 installation will install 3.71 M33-2, not 3.71 M33 This post has been edited by KTCY: Oct 5 2007, 09:36 AM |
