I'm wondering whether or not to buy a Malaysian equity fund with FSM due to the recent drop. I have quite a lot in FSM but all in foreign / regional equity funds and none in Malaysia-only funds yet.

My only Malaysia-focused equity fund, Affin Hwang Select Opportunity...

IRR dropped to...3.0%. Worse than FD doh.gif

I do still have some money in Public Mutual and those are in Malaysia-only equity. That's one reason I didn't buy Malaysia-funds from FSM. Performance over the last two years has been pretty much flat. I should get off my arse and pull everything out of Public Mutual at some point...

My star performer is RHB Asian Total Return Fund. Just topped up a few weeks ago to get out of holding too much ringgit. Now up more than 6%. Crazy.
