Dear Guys Will your accept the parking lot (see picture) that allocated by developer . I very disappointed about the arrangement.I think they just expected me to park the bicycle or motor .The space already occupy by the wall and i don think i can open the door. Do your think developer will change the parking lot to me easily?

Try and appeal to the developer while you still can, once land sub-divided, the parking will become accessory to your title. Worse case scenario, ask them to give you visitor parking, I think that also better than those two lots.

Getting Started

|
Yep.. i agree with @aurora97, try talk to developer and insist that they relocate your space.
Looks like there are some doors next to your lot, is it an emergency exit? Maintenance room? Just tell them if any damage to your car due to the usage of the rooms/exits, you will complain.. etc etc

Theoritically i doubt it can be changed b'coz upon VP, developer have to do the submission to authority for the subdivision of the building (which includes accessory parcel). Anyway, no harm to talk to the developer. Good luck!

If its within the defect liability period, write to developer and cc housing ministry. Should turn the heat up on the developer. It's justvrediculous to have this sort of parking.

Usually developer will say its the City Council who allot the parking but do try to appeal. Maybe talk nice nice and sound very very pityful, hope to get their compassion to help you out (although inside you feeling like f*** them). Give sob sob story (eg relative with walking stick, wheel chair, etc) Pls tolong tolong la ... hope it works.

It's justvrediculous to have this sort of parking. but the law only state the size of the parking lot, so long they comply I think it is very difficult to lodge complain to housing ministry. I think best is to ask helps from the management office to allow parking at another vacant lot. mostly they will allow.

Anyway try the soft approach on the dev/management. After that if they don't concede, use the hard approach but should be done within defect liability period.
