anyone know how to claim warranty for intel proccessor? im having problem with my processor and still valid for warranty?

Usually the CPU has 3 years warranty, you can return it back to the seller.

If the CPU already over 1 year, the seller will charge a small handling fees.

Bring the original Intel heatsink fan (HSF), because you might need to return HSF with CPU to claim the warranty.

may i know where can i get the contact number for intel malaysia as i google it but always the wrong number.

hmm.. the problem i dont remmember from whom i bought since its already 2 years and i lost his contact number act. making it hard to return to seller and ask him to do the warranty.

if we ask intel malaysia, we need the receipt right?

Once you get everything done they will send you a docket where you place your processor in there and ship to them.
