Saya tak kisah kerja apa sekalipun yg penting halal. Minta rakan2 share tips dan nasihat.
Saya mula berfikir atas sebab bila saya habis belajar nanti dan tiba masa giliran saya menjadi seorang lelaki yg 'dewasa' tentang harga rumah yg semakin melambung, cukai tidak masuk akal (GST), kos sara hidup yg semakin tinggi, peluang pekerjaan yg tipis dlm sektor professional dan lainnya. Saya haruslah mempunyai pegangan ekonomi yg kukuh. Sebab tu sy berfikir utk bersedia dgn cara migrate ke luar negara utk satu tempoh yg agak panjang mungkin 10tahun.

Not a bad idea, but depends on which countries are in your list. After you select a few potential countries you have to start looking at visa and employment options.

Just my 2 cents, luar negara doesn't mean high income. It also depends on your competency level and how much effort you put into your career. Plus, you also have to consider the cost for everything; accommodation, utilities, makan, minum, visa, tax and etc.

1) Skilled technical trades (QC, Inspection)
2) Subsea based work (Diving, undersea welding and inspection)
3) Engineering (Mining, OnG/Petroleum, Unconventional)
4) Finance (Investment banking / International business)
5) Medicine (Specialists, nurses..)
6) International law experts

Actually a lot of work can be done overseas, any work actually. So, the key is to choosing your profession and the right set of skills so that you can go overseas.

Field of study?
Working in Middle East are good, they don't bother much on the papers, they will see your experience more than the paper.
For the same position you are getting, with paper you may get QR12000(Qatar Riyal), but if you have paper and experience you may be getting QR20000.
Still, working in ME joining O&G companies will have better pay.

I see, still the same, gain experience first and jump to ME.
Or gain experience in ME and jump to another company, but make sure the new company will settle the working visa for you.
Like in Qatar, if the first company never issue you a NOC, you will be barred from entering and work in Qatar for 2 years.
