Hi guys.. i jst bought an eu ps4 ff14 and i linked to my r3 psn id. After all the registration n installation, i cant play the game even tho i logon to my psn andd have psn plus.
Need help with linking account

I don't think you can link EU(R2) & R3 PSN account... have to have same region game & PSN account

FFXIV game region and your PSN account region must be the same, so in your case EU with EU. You don't need PS+ to play FFXIV
