i am quite a freq smartphone changer for my secondary device, and coming fr. Xperia M5 ex-owner, I would say you money spend better on honor 7. Nothing actually better in M5 except the camera and water/dust resistant.

but still depend what you intention of getting one of these, for rigid build and signal reception -> Honor 7. For water resistant sake and good camera probably M5 would suit u better. But again to me, Xperia UI seems like nothing improving... and hv issue on my corporate email client (IBM verse). maybe just me, so no offense made to xperia fans.

honor 7 the fingerprint scanner unlock process is superbly fast... it is faster and quicker than ip6. but slightly slower than ip6s. I have no idea what apple have done to the new ip6s, everything is just quicccccccccck with its dual core A9 processor. and hence, it's my primary device.

Ya. I like it at the rear position as well. but huawei using different technology. The sensing is always on with much lower power used 1.8v while Apple using another type of scanner using capacitive touch n metal ring to detect n activate the sensing n more power needed. But all in all, try yourself with ip6s if can, it is a much improved speed compare to ip6. Just click on the home button before u think the sensor scan ur fingerprint u r already in the home screen of iOS. You click n can release right away.

Now it seems each manufacturer has their own fingerprint security to handle this. Probably wait for android M that come with much unify method to manage the fingerprint management

i was hoping seriously has a MUTE or SILENT mode... but dissapointedly don't hv....

100% second that... too overly sensitive... never get the right brightness at the right condition.

another thing i notice after few days using it... the camera during capturing mode... seem very clear.. but after snapped.. the photo focusing area seem not as sharp... u need a super steady hand to snap sharp n clear photo in you focus area.

thanks for the head up... i downloaded silence! mute all instead.. but abit sien la.. to mute phone hv to use 3rd party app

It's original huawei honor 7 back case. Can be purchase online or at huawei kiosk or shop. I got mine at huawei kiosk in Sunway pyramid

Saw at vmall selling rm58 or rm68 can't recall correctly. But I got mine at rm50
