guys is the game fully license ? i hate the fifa 16 demo..was thinking of buying pes, but i am quite out of date for PES.. for example, is arsenal still north london ?

sry for being noob. played PES 2016 once, could not even continue playing it.. all the clubs etc are so messed up ! y do ppl even play this game? y dont ppl play fifa wic is more authentic?
