Hi there. I have few questions here. I took norculot before to stop menses before my vacation. Does it function as birth control to prevent unwanted pregnancy? Does this pills affect my ovulation phase and hormones? Usually the phamarcist advised me to take 3tablets per day for 3days before menses. If let's say I predict 20july is my first day period at that same time I would like to delay period and prevent ovulation, I take norculot 3days before which is 17july ?

norcolut doesn't function as birth control pill. it only delay your menses for trip etc. it doesn't prevent ovulation. ovulation occurs early mid of your menstrual cycle, not near your menses

yes 17th july start taking or 16th to be sure. biggrin.gif
