If you were to invest in a cyber cafe (a real cyber cafe, not gambling), I think it is better for you to put your money into public mutual, better return probably.
Another thing is you can try a Chatime franchise. I am not sure where you are living, but find an area around colleges, offices where there's no Chatime yet.
