I'm a Maxis Wired Internet user in Taman Desa Kolej, Nilai (as well as MaxisONE customer) and has posted an enquiry on 9 Jan 2013 for availability of Maxis Home Fibre in this area:

Fast forward almost 3 years later, this area still is not covered by Maxis Home Fibre. From my observation, this area already has basic fibre infrastructure since many years ago when the housing area was developed. So it really boggles my mind why they are still not able to provide Home Fibre service in this area up till today.

I've asked a Maxis technician on this, and he says this area is not covered by Home Fibre probably due to low demand. If Maxis thinks that it is alright to oppress your customers due to "low demand", even though the surrounding area in Nilai that is serviced by TM already has UniFi since ages ago, that would be very unfortunate.

There are two ways you can solve this, Maxis:
1. Transfer your rights to communication infrastructure in this area to TM, and let us all enjoy UniFi
2. Get your act together, realize it's already 2015, and upgrade your infrastructure!

I will not hesitate to escalate this issue to relevant authorities (CFM, MCMC, local council, etc.) anytime soon, once my patience is wearing really thin.
