just got my ffxiv the complete expirience today
while donwloading the update my router dc download stop then this pop up

was waiting for the email for hour and nothing.. try to reset then it said email is not registered
to think i use different mail so i check my other email also nothing i only have 2 email
try to register again then it said code has been use
already send ticket still no reply

this is for security purpose , please check your email they will ask you to change password. so get use to it their security system once the ip changed they will restrict it again.

Don't forget to get the software security token for your OTP so that you don't get this issue again.

if you havent join any server u can consider server : Tonberry ,

I got so fed up with the same problem you're having.. change my password more than 10 times already because of ISP disconnect/timeout.. but once use the token security/autenticator, no password change/reset anymore.
