It's good to have itemized billing to monitor faulty Maxis billing so that you do not get caught paying something that you didn't even use it.

MAXIS Charge Mobile Internet without my knowledge

I'm a postpaid Talkmore 28 for more than a year and my bill almost consistently about RM30 every month. Coincidentally my bill shot up additional RM10 after GST implementation. My bills was consistently charged additional RM10 eventhough my usage is less than RM28 commitment. I was thinking of switching to Celcom but was persuaded to check with Maxis CS and found that I was charged with Mobile Internet which I didn't even activate it and my phone mobile data was NEVER switched on. Even my Data usage history for Mobile traffic was not showing any traffic. I only use WIFI for my internet usage.

They should send SMS notification for any PPU data usage. At first I thought they changed the rebate calculation or something that we are not aware of. |
