Dear all, need you advise regarding my case here. The property I bought comes with 4% discount. In the progress billing , developer by right should issue 4% credit note to offset. But I received wrong credit from developer of 40%. Wondering legally can I claim this amount? Or use that to offset my subsequent payment ? Is this legally binding ?

wondering who is the dumb ass developer...
i guess they may issue a DN for the adjustment once they realize their mistake later on..
i think perhaps u can just be kind to notify them on this mistake in first place to avoid any unnecessary delay in later stage due to this wrong calculation

I tell you, it's a branded developer.
Can they simply issue DN later ? Question is can I claim them this amount ? Legally binded?

i believe u have also sign a seperate sales agreement which stated in details of the discount right?
If yes. then I believe they can claim back. Else, u will have higher chance for it..
