Claude Debussy - Pour le piano (Prelude, Sarabande, Tocatta), Images I (Water Reflections)
Maurice Ravel - Ondine (Gaspard de la Nuit), J'eau Deux, Pavane Pour Ine Infante Defunte - Those are absolutely my favourite piano pieces, marvellous to play as well.... ahhh...
Chopin - Etudes Op.10 No.1 (C maj), No.4 (C# min), No.10 (C min, revolutionary), Scherzo No.2 in Bbm

(I have 'taster' recordings of all of those listed above - as in, they're bad performances - performed by me, but if you want to get a taste of how they sound I can pass them to you)
