Was told the current promotion is rebate 10%, then 5%, then 2%... and then another RM10k.
Units on lower floors all taken; left with level 20+ and it's all above RM400k after rebate. 2R2B 430 sq.ft. All in all, about RM990 psf.  Anyone here knows any better deal for this project? |
