😑😑😑 Titijaya lousy developer!!!Listed company but act like low class/debased developer.

Delay for 1 year to sign SPA after done booking & loan approved. Using 4 years to complete the project. After wait for 5 years...Asking for LAD but this so call listed company developer refuse to pay the LAD & give many lousy excuses.

Good luck for those people bought the unit from this irresponsible developer....

Did some research and calculations, this project has huge potentials with low entry price.

GST Free period is ending this 31st Aug....must act fast

First day knowing titijaya meh.

During their launching day I queued sibeh early in the morning, took a unit, then suddenly they change the price to extra few k higher for no reason, immediately dropped it.

As informed by the agent, abt 70% unit already sold. Promotion left with 18% rebate (no more up to 26% rebate).
They r in the midst of launching 2nd phase.

yes, for non bumi maximum rebate is 23% , bumi maximum rebate is 28%.

Was told the current promotion is rebate 10%, then 5%, then 2%... and then another RM10k.

Units on lower floors all taken; left with level 20+ and it's all above RM400k after rebate. 2R2B 430 sq.ft.
All in all, about RM990 psf. wink.gif

Anyone here knows any better deal for this project?
