Good investment? For me its not, but different people has different perspective.

Is it cheap for a property in embassy row? Hell yes, but prices have been going up. Was one hell of a cheap property to get when it was first launched last year. But knowing you have thousands of units around you, you'll probably never get the pie. You can get the crumbs if you can and dare to bear with it.

This project macam sure die and mati wor. lagi it is from lousy titijaya developer... double die mati?

My entry price is at 800 psf..now M city which is everybody said very terrible with high density going for lowest 900psf for smallest unit..so i still have quite a lot margin when neu suite VP in 2022..do u think in 4 years time M city still got 900psf..

Imagine if our new FT Minister impose strict rules on the usage of office suites like this one. Crap like this will be wiped out, same goes to Exsim's.
