Hi, any traders here using fxprimus? I'm having problem withdrawing my funds from them. It's been more than 5 business days but still haven't receive anything yet. The status in my withdrawal history is shown "withdrawn". Talked to their live support but they ask me to email their withdrawal department. Emailed them twice but no reply

QUOTE(9kingsir @ Jul 1 2015, 03:47 AM) You withdraw using wire transfer or payoneer?Edit: They finally replied my email saying my withdrawal was rejected? I know withdrawal through wire transfer requires another deduction of 50USD, but what about the extra 70USD?? This post has been edited by stevendefool: Jul 1 2015, 12:35 PM |

QUOTE(9kingsir @ Jul 1 2015, 12:58 PM) both ways using payoneer.. Withdraw USD 700. After reject they deposit back USD 567 to my account. Went back to my local CIMB branch and ask but they say they can't check whether reject or not. Only sender can check. USD 50 for standard way for TT/wired transfer.. How much u withdraw? U can check with your local bank..why the reason your withdrawal rejected? Here is the reason FxPrimus gave why my withdrawal was rejected "Please be informed that your wire withdrawal EWW00056946, processed on the 23/06/2015 has been returned to our Hellenic bank account. Also be advised that we have received the amount of USD 567.61, being amount of return of payment as beneficiary bank states activity is not licensed or permitted in Malaysia. QUOTE(Zanmai0146 @ Jul 1 2015, 02:20 PM) You can ask jack2 to check for you bout the broker reliability. He's very expert in doing background checking for broker thru Google. I opened with FxPrimus cause I thought they were very reputable. Maybe time to change broker? hahahaAnyway, you better get to your account manager. Enquiry for reason. That charges is lot man. |

QUOTE(jrmsong @ Jul 1 2015, 02:29 PM) it's recommended to use skrill as withdrawal method for this broker. When I login to my FxPrimus account, I don't see the option for Skrill. Under withdrawal tab I only see International Wire Transfer and Fasa Pay. And then below the withdrawal tab is Payoneer Services.much cheaper and faster. been doing that for last few years |

CIMB just told me that I need to close my account because I transacted with FxPrimus. They say FxPrimus is unlicensed in Malaysia, and they say something about my profile not suitable to trade forex, it's not like I'm taking a loan to trade forex.
They say I'll need to close my savings account or else they'll close it for me. WTF is that suppose to mean? Seriously screw CIMB. |
