From the way i look at it, this round it'll get materialized.
yellen openly say about it, economic indicators for the last 3 months is getting better (if memory serve me right)...... just have to wait for next month......

When they raise the OPR, who will suffer first? Those that are having high loan will die first. And most developing/developed countries people are having high debt/income ratio.

But from my point of view, there's many factor also I don't see logic they increase the rate. Cz almost everybody using USD. If too strong ppl will switch to Pounds instead
