anybody using payoneer? im thinking to register payoneer and get their mastercard, annual fee only 29USD.

loading from robo to the payonner account only cost 2USD for normal loading, and 5USD for express loading.

charges for payoneer on withdrawal are pretty steep tho, fixed USD3.15 and up to 3% charges for cross currency withdrawal.

anyone have experience using it?

Btw, I only got experience on XM MasterCard is good just the cash withdrawn charges is ridiculous. Others all ok, online purchase all good.

Anyway, im incline to such loading card due to the fact that it can be used on any ATM worldwide as long as it accepts Mastercard. Apart from high charges on cash withdrawal, seems like others are ok.

from my side, the pros and cons for the Mastercard. This is what im experience at.

Pros:
1. It is fast and easy as world wide accept Mastercard
2. Direct cash to you no need go thru another party
3. 1 of the safest method
4. suitable for online purchase and petrol (swipe and use is the best)

Cons:
1. Cash withdrawal got some % charges on top
2. Rates is not that good compared other method
3. Only 1 password for all
4. Max withdrawal/spending per day/per month (XM; $1500/day)

Actually maybank block oversea transactions. U need to call the bank or m2u to unlock it.
