Interest rate all have to depend on the economic situation. Remember last year (i believe), nzd was hitting sky high.. economy was good i think and inflation is as good as it gets.. thus interest rate need to be increased to curb inflation.. now economy no good so cut rate stimulate economy all investor running like hell..
