Basically spork rims are for aesthetic nowadays. The only thing a spork rim does good is make your car look not stock, second that is usually alloy rim are lighter then steel rims, in exchange you get slightly better fuel consumption in town driving(compare to the same size of rim/tyre you're originally using).

my normal understanding is add 400-500 to price if wanna add pearl effect.
like outer layer is 1300, so add pearl will make it 1800. if inner outer maybe add samo 500. jadi 2300. hahaha
but like you said JB might be different. try survey properly dulu, you can never know when u find a hidden gem, reasonable priced but immaculate job.
