Hi..fyi me found adjuster (inside cabin @back of handbrake lever) 4handbrake cable was very easily reachable.
So...after chk User Manual, me found recommended setting is 5 - 7 clicks.
Cconsequently, me decided 2adjust no. of clicks @handbrake 2b only four (4).
(NB. A 10mm socket wrench did the job nicely.)

The SC readjusted yr handbrake so easily...therefore feel it's also done internally in cabin ie as wat me had done. 

that one i dunno wor....need to ask clarification from the insurance company.

I think i get what you mean, ppl can claim whatever they want, no matter how funny the story is? but that's the surveyer job to make sure no ridiculous claim kan? Abang David work as surveyer? So abang, got lubang for me to try claim it?
