conventional automatic car also have filter. i think only manual car don't have.

hi guys, i need some opinions on my flx engine. last weekend i send it for service, change oil, spark plug and flush power steering oil.

unfortunately when doing power steering flush, engine choking and died, later restarted got knocking sound on engine. long story make it short, i decided to proceed open engine and found out foreign object (small metal) inside combustion chamber.

luckily workshop void labour, i saved rm250.

now to the problems, my iafm is louder than before or my sense said so. fuel consumption i believe hv increased. response not as before.

mybe when removed battery power, ecu got reset and back to stock setting?

what should i do guys?

i'm also thinking they might hv spoilt iafm or unintentionally did so when cleaning it before assembly the engine back.

yesterday 2nd bar last for 40km, 1st bar was 22 (i'm not filling to brim so might not full for that bar)
today 3rd bar last 58 and still not dropping.

however I did reset throttle body last night. I can say response 80% back to normal.
IAFM sound still as loud.

Next I want to do throttle body cleaning and decarbon using Threebond engine conditioner and add LM MOS2 to tone down engine noise. Last resort will try to send to Zordaq cause heard they're specialist in Campro and IAFM/VIMS.

Maybe I should also do engine flush coz I nvr knew what they use to clean the parts before assembly right? and fuel system cleaner? valve cleaner?
