TS, I think general consensus is, being Plotong crap, all those who having a thundercat logo car will have the same crap. I just checked, not only my GaGa powersteering fluid disappear, now even my Shawie is missing powahsteering fluid sad.gif

I just topped up 2 weeks ago sad.gif

Just wanna share my Saga BLM 2010's experience.

Clocking 138k mileage now.. so far never had any major breakdown. I think the key is to never skip your service. But of course, having Proton cars is like russian roulette, u can have a non-problematic car or u will have a nightmare car. Now my issues with my car are as per below:

1) Main power window switch faulty. The main driver's power window switch is stuck and the passenger's side can only wind down but cannot wind up.

2) Mirror plastic thing to adjust up and down is broken. I dont know how the thing got broken!

3) My glove box already stucked for like more than a year. Not sure how to fix it. Do I need to replace the whole glove box or just the puller?

4) Key housing broken. Fell so many times. Lucky I got some dealer who sells the blank housing for cheap. (original).

All in all, besides all above issues, I think its a great car for its price. Not thinking of selling it at all. smile.gif

Greetings.

Any quick guide on how to handle cases like mine today.
Driving from Ipoh to KL and almost reaching KL .. the car seems to be overheat but the aircond is still working.

When accelerate then things will go better ..

Thank you

check your fan see issit spinning or not. If temperature continue to rise up when you are stationary, best to call for a toll truck (refer your insurance policy hotline)

why my saga pickup very faster than my gen2
when potong lori i just floor it halfway and the engine rev until 5 or 6 and my saga goes vrooommm
no, the engine sounds like zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
normal ke?
*
not that accurate comparison since Saga is 1.3 while Gen Tut is 1.6, but basically sums it up.

user posted image

Take a look at the torque curve (left graph), yellow line = Campro = Gen Tut. Blue Line = Campro IAFM = Saga \

Early campro engines suffers from torque dip issue.

Hey,

My car buzzer inside the engine bay has been buzzing non-stop since last night. If I turn off the key, after about 30secs, the buzzer starts singing. B7t if I turn the key to on then it will off. No CEL or any other warning sign.

Any idea what could cause this? Also, will it harm the alarm system if I just pull the plug off that goddam buzzer?
*
just pull off the plug of the buzzer only. Your alarm will still function, no worries.

my brakepads isn't stock and it is almost dust-free

and so far my car haven't crash yet even though I am using local aftermarket brake pads. On the contrary, it is my car that got crashed into by other cars/motorcycle/lorry.

can i know what aftermarket brake pads u using now?  smile.gif

don't want to tell, coz I don't recommend it. tongue.gif Some members here used the same pads as mine and they encountered far worst problems than me, including brake fade.

But so far Rapid Stop brake pads does the job pretty well for its price. Bendix Metal King is also not bad although some people says it'll makan disc brake (bought one set and sold it to another BLM driver. His disc brake is still healthy). THe next Brake pads I had in hands to test is Bendix General CT.

I never use Rapid Stop pads before, but a few other BLM-friends does. The brake pad I don't wish to name is not Rapid Stop.
