haha M3 is more like GTAV some says laugh.gif doh.gif at least M1 and M2 still retains the classic 30s - 50s vibe...this on the other hand dont look like 60s at all laugh.gif doh.gif

maybe because this is actually late 60s, so is more 70s than 60s ?

Well, looks like MAFIA IV will be coming way sooner than MAFIA II and sooner than MAFIA III than what we expected.

lol. people will be more careful about PO if it comes from Hangar 13 again.

There's one review which i think it correctly depict on Mafia 3 : Good storyline but Sloppy gameplay (as in very barebone compare to Mafia 2 and GTA in customization for a open world game - weapon, clothes, vehicle)

The problem isn't if it's WHEN, like it or not, next MAFIA (if exist) would be developed by Hangar 13. In fact, they might just shut off 2K Czech wholly since apparently the current 2K Czech is responsible for this installment of Art and Graphics Assets and transferred everything to Novato after knowing the main complaints are mostly graphic side.

I can see 2K is mirroring the way Ubisoft did with Watch_Dogs by releasing MAFIA III at a dry season.

About the customization, let's see how it is few months later since they promised to provide additional contents for free after release.

Finally gave the game a try, not bad actually. Not too repetitive as claimed. It has cutscenes for the revenge missions but only few minutes

THE DRIVING IS SUPERB ! It's almost Driver SF handling.

Over all, MAFIA II better because of the Snow, but other than that, MAFIA III is worth to give a try

Launched Mafia III, the next installment in 2K’s successful organized crime series, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Developed by Hangar 13, Mafia III is the fastest-selling game in 2K’s history, generating week one sell-in of more than 4.5 million units. Mafia III is being supported with downloadable add-on content, including a Season Pass, as well as a free-to-play mobile battle RPG game, Mafia III Rivals, for iOS and Android devices.

Looks like it's Watch Dogs all over again

the good news is we can have MAFIA IV, and they will have improvements just like Watch Dogs 2

COLD WAR LOL Actually if you have played maybe a portion of the game, you will know they have A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES to go back in time or go forward in time.

Personally I hope they go back to the 45 to 63 period. Those are the best period to be alive in America, and it'd be really great if we could experience it

The main criticism of the game is that the game has to grind, I would say that IS absolutely NOT TRUE. It has filler, but NOT TO THE POINT OF GRINDING LIKE IT WAS WITH let's say Destiny. Each filler actually serves its own purpose and kinda acts like a break from main story.
