Any suzy drivers have this problem before? a weird sound "wung" coming from the front absorbers when driving over bumps.

My sss zc31s seems to have this tok tok sound when driving over un even roads and only happens on 20-30km speed. I have already changed:
1) absorber mountings
2) tie rod link
3) lower arm bar
What else is causing the noise?
