Just visited my relatives who are staying in MR1 last weekend. I can see that there is no tenant scrutiny here as some of the desperate house owners simply rent their properties to foreign workers. Gosh! They even bathing outside the house. This will certainly jeopardize the overall status as well as its market value. This made me puzzled why there is no proper management by the so-called top developer ... Attached thumbnail(s)

Owner of Jalan MR 1/14, please be considerate when you are choosing your tenant as this would impact the overall condition of the residence.
