Does anyone know MR1 Phase1 18x70 or bigger unit, comes with Astro ready point? The one came with is normal aerial point or is Astro point?

Update: Today already engaged with Astro installer to confirm the point and install the dish, no additional wiring works. Tested on the developer's provided MATV port does support Astro, very good signal reading too.

Updates: As stated in DMC, RM30 is for club/facilty and RM90 is for Guard; total up of RM120 per month. Called up Mahsing HQ, they mentioned will issue credit note for the club/facilty fee (since the club/facility is only ready somewhere mid Feb 2016, it should be still FOC).
