Tagging Maxis's official tech support in our forum to see if they can tell us a little bit if Maxis is coming out with a new plan to counter all of this.
Maxis MaxisHelp #Hotlink

Though I highly doubt they'll respond. rolleyes.gif

Morning, my friend went to celcom to migrate from maxis.

Evening, maxis call him offering "new loyalty" package; monthly rm46 3gb data, 200 min free call, 100 free sms.
I want that package too! vmad.gif
Getting really frustated with Celcom's coverage in both my office & at home.

Damn it Maxis, come on already!
Release that plan to the public so everyone can enjoy.

Postpaid surfmore 50. Already 10+ years with Maxis :-)
No wonder you got that package. sweat.gif
I want that package too, grew tired of Celcom not getting coverage at home & at the office. doh.gif

Before I registered Celcom's First Basic 38, I've been using Hotlink for more than 5 years.
When I was using Hotlink, the coverage is very good where I've never lost a single bar in both at home & at the office. Internet speed is very fast too.
But now that I'm using Celcom, the coverage is really bad. Sometimes I'm getting full bars, sometimes completely disconnected. Internet speed is also very very low. shakehead.gif

At first I thought it was caused by my phone.
Then I plug the sim card to my tablet, same issue. doh.gif
