I called them and they said just do some verification process, but wat are the actual verification ? they don't give me in full though, anyone who traded in phones before for a new one from Maxis? any specific steps that I need to follow or just bring the phone to trade in then done?

But i wanna trade it coz with the plan along with the trade in offer, 2.1k only for 64gb iphone, not worth it?

If you ask me its damn worth to trade and to be under their contract.
For the trade, you dont have to call or answer call from Maxis, just bring your device to Maxis Center je la buddy, will do....

So just go to the maxis center, say i wan trade in this iphone with the plan, give the iphone, pay money, settle?
