I want to ask if I reload my prepaid number when I'm not in Malaysia, will it come in? I'm currently in the Middle East (Maxis to STC), and I reload credit through CIMBClicks just now, and my money was taken, but not sure if it will come in or not. I need a fast response, please.

Is ur number active? U need to check that 1st with CS. If ur number expired & u do top, ur money will be refunded within 14 working days. If ur number active & jus need to top up, it will be credited. Did u check *122# for ur balance?

The reload will be reflect in the system in malaysia.
