now everybody is waiting for GOW, hem.... have you guys forgot about this game?

I am waiting for it to come out too... been playing it since COD, COD: United Offensive, COD2... but will it really come out? And how many variations of WWII significant battles can they produce?

I'm getting this game but not anytime soon. Since I'll be getting it for the single player game only, I'll probably get games like GoW, Vegas and MUA first

Considering that this game is what started me on Live.. yes it would be great to play COD3... but first.. GOW!! Oooo.. and 24 players this time!!!

There are plenty of veterans here on LYN and i think most of them will get the game but not immediately.

But yeah considering COD2 was my first Live game i owe alot to the franchise so I am getting it when it comes out.

Yeah dude, that's how we usually play on Live. Its around 160 for the asian version...well usually.

Been looking at some of the HD videos of COD3 and with the improved physics and 24 players...it looks pretty good. But like everyone else...gotta manage the budget. And it seems like its the end year overdose of 1st person + 3rd person shooters.

lol...I am not a real gamer but my cousin is...He has no internet connection...sad for him but he is a real gamers...I played COD2 in his house...Really fun to me although I am outdated..Maybe it's because I am a normal gamer...Not gamers like u guys out there...

What I think about normal games is that no matter how many times u play it, the same adventure will come back up.Different from online games where in each scenario u get new challenges from different players.

One question...Lets say i got one original game...can i install it n lend it to my friend for him to install?? or is it only available to b installed in only one pc???

i dont think so. 1 serial number for 1 pc only.

COD 3 is for consoles only, just wonder how it will compare between XBOX 360 with PS3 as COD 3 always looked better and ran faster on NVIDIA cards. I wonder whether can ATI put NVIDIA to shame with its unified shaders, hopefully it's not a marketing hype to push sales. I'll be interested to see how these two consoles version stack up to each other but anyway, I've pre-ordered my COD 3. Can't afford a PS3 yet and even if I can, there's no enough PS3 in the market. Anyway, XBOX 360 is good enough for me.

im suppose to get my GOW and cod3 shipped today at PA... but now my GOW is delay till 22nd... means that my cod3 will delay till that time too because it's in one order....

For a game like COD 3, it's worth getting the original copy to play online. I just can't wait for GRAW 2, it will be out early next year but meanwhile, COD 3 will keep us busy for a while.

It's on the way from playasia.......just ordered it....

Received 8.8 point from IGN but the best part is the comment by reviewer:

Since GOW:LE is delayed.. on PA, I asked them to change my order to COD3 and leave the balance $5 on my acct for future purhcase. Waiting for their mail to confirm my copy of COD3.

I kinda like the simple multiplayer mode of COD2. It maybe simple but it's loads of fun. Including our own variations of game modes.

just ordered it at PA too....hope it save arrive at my home and no one hijack the cargo plane.

oh...i am one of those who is getting 2 of them in the same day...i dont think i will play much on COD 3 but just tuning into GOW the whole day...COD3 is just for *switching it on for a few minutes, shoot a few shots, then ok....goes to GOW for the whole week*

I got both too.... GoW only takes priority because loads of people are playing it online. It is a VERY good game... a must buy!

Played the multiplayer ranked match..the environment was so damn cool...very nice graphic..but i got killed so many times.....maybe as i used with the chainsaw already..always tried it with my rifle..kinda mixed up with GoW..lol

Same here.. i did try once but the connection was laggy and during the one time that the connection was smooth a bunch of Americans were swearing and screaming at the top of their lungs!

But the last time i tried to play was against the Aussies who turns out to be really good players who are quite fair and dont even swear

But yeah i really do not want to play online unless its with guys in Malaysia not cause i'm intolerant but because the connection can be laggy on occasions, people might swear and truth be told i really dont know who i'm playing with unless i speak directly to them.

hahahaha..my experience is about 50/50.....esp when the first time trying the online play...i kept hearing someone said "panzie...where r u?''...and it turn out to be that most of them were looking for 1 teammate that keep killing his own teammate..so it become the hunt for your own team mates..instead of the war with the nazis, the best part is...even our nazi enemies were also helping us to track that person...was so funny...
but on last weekend, i tried the public match again with out any high expectations, and it turns out that i was stuck with same the team mates (12 vs 12) for more than 3 hours...the war were so real....with tanks keeps exchanging fire...I can even see the sniper hiding on the high ground checking every movement of us with his binoculars....with our platoon leaders kept giving us instruction... where to flank the enemies..but the sad part is..i kept getting respawned....

my 1st xperient on COD3 online is very scared one. i joing a quick match and enter a random map. suddenly i saw 1 person infront of me. His Gametag was crazy pokemon. the guy spoke to me and say all the loving word (GAY alert). then i discover that only 2 of us in the map. i shoot at him and he keep chasing me. then i go out from the map. it was one damn xperient hahaha. anyway i love to play the COD3 online. lets play it guys. Hopefully the Crazy Pekemon not around

hahaha...i guess...points of the lesson here...when they r drunk..they play cod3..but when they r sober only..they play GoW....

There r 5 of us now..needs 7 more to create a team...so I can arrange a private match with the other teams as well....
