hi guyz

anyone bought tropicana kajang parkfield?

hows tropicana kajang actually? good or bad location?

now semi D - 1.1mil after disc...for me attractive..
but floor plan got courtyard -- disprefer this thing

pls advice

behind got no land but side got land..

new bridge bangi and silk new expressway doesnt impress me much

thats y i wnna know from buyers...what makes u think this will be good location to stay?
if u dun work and stay home then maybe it will be good...

i know 2nd phase semi D 1.33 mil and disc then become 1.1mil

maintenance normally depends on per sqft ur land
bigger land u need to pay more wink.gif

location actually is so so lah , new silk for me is the key access in future , why not impress u ? , the key to get TH for me is actually the masterplan lah . the centralpark plays a key factor for me to pick there and TH initial planner is Datuk Kong (Desa Park City Planner) , so just trust bah ... and 'Tropicana' brand add value to this project also, btw in future if things goes smooth , which have TH neighbour mall , kajang 2 mega mall and 1 KTM mall nearby .... Coz silk new expeessway still far from cyber my workplace
And i travel a lot so easy access to klia etc

I do hope silk expressway n bngi new bridge can help reduce the traffic to THK

I still prefer ioi city mall if u talking bout mall wink.gif
Ioi city mall will have another phase coming

for me sierra is good location coz i work cyber..
easy access to airport too..and equine..

and now some more sierra 2, lyden semi D only 1.377mil compare last time 1.9mil (bit shocked)

based on my experience, a new place if unifi want to install in, they need at least 50% of owner to stay there
then they can bring the unifi..
if less 50% people register then they think its not good business
