hows tropicana kajang actually? good or bad location?

now semi D - 1.1mil after disc...for me attractive..
but floor plan got courtyard -- disprefer this thing

maintenance normally depends on per sqft ur land
bigger land u need to pay more

And i travel a lot so easy access to klia etc

I do hope silk expressway n bngi new bridge can help reduce the traffic to THK

I still prefer ioi city mall if u talking bout mall

most of us will sell it after 5 yrs..if for own stay till u die, u wont reach the 99 yrs..

based on my experience, a new place if unifi want to install in, they need at least 50% of owner to stay there
then they can bring the unifi..
if less 50% people register then they think its not good business

u need to go to streamyx/unifi center and check thk location..
but the place is new..most likely answer is no..but u may check first
