Yup that was the reason I cancelled my bookings hope they can relocate it in future.

Ya at that time when first developing, looked really close. Furthermore the access road was horrible. I went through the golf club way.
Must be spontaneous buying due to end lot unit. Somewhat looking for some indoor field for my kids to play on.
Then finally also decided it was too far. Had to go in via grand saga drive all the way to the end and pass tesco. It can be horrible during rush hour at that tesco traffic light.

Luckily I cancelled booking. Last time gtx at the back already cannot stand. Now htc surrounding the land, feel like a microwave oven waiting to be cooked.
Surely salesman will use the excuse "Aiya still far away ma". That is the reason they gave last time. But this time is surrounded. Ppl see also dowan to buy 2nd hand in future.
