Kajang 2 ktm station can serve much higher population than bangi or pajam station.

For sure it is not under construction now since that area is currently rushing the flyover to persiaran bangi.

Boss, psf sale price still 3-4 times higher ler... Anyway, there is no doubt Cascades rental is much higher than SEH (400k entry price, RM 800 rental) and TH Fairfield (700k entry, RM 1.3k rental)...

Current way without K2 access is about 10-20mins drive depending on traffic. There are 2 accesses for the MRT or KTM.

1) Try google map to KTM Kajang. MRT station is near Kajang KTM at Jalan Bukit.

2) Or google map Taman Mahkota/Taman Hijau Kajang. There is a pedestrian bridge from Jln Reko to both stations. There is also a multistorey parking here to cross the rail.

Until there is a firm plan to build MRT at K2 near new proposed K2 KTM, Kajang will be the nearest MRT station.

MRR2 AKLEH how's the condition in rush hour? Next time EKVE complete most likely can serve as alternative route to access via Jalan Ampang.

The land is a JV project by MKH. Maybe they are relocating some HTC in Kajang 2 to this area or the new integrated project needs additional HTC to supply the power to this area. hmm.gif
