You should know better than me for that area. Some say station is under construction but some say it kena ffk. But I say it won't be so soon la cuz the last i saw it was an empty land with only K2 first phase sitting on K2 land itself.

Cascades 1 bed shoebox 1.8k rental vs pallida 800rm rental. Both around same price in 2016 480k to 500k. One easy to rent and one having a hard time renting.

Like u say all lo. One basket got a few varities ma. Landed here 1.5mil average with 2k to 2.5k rental. How to play? Need to buy far away in kajang lo. 1300 rental for 700k fairfield also better than 2000 rental for a dsl here.

chinese food got lah . in bandar tek there , got one XO鱼头米 and infamous Spicy soup , and few 茶室, more far still have plenty thought, but im not expert in kajang ..

havent go there recently , wait they have new event or clubhouse launching only go bah .. will update you once i go there , last time been there think 2 weeks ago ? saw the kajang 2 link beginning there oledi install 30% of drain ...

for investment have to wait d lo . since DSL no more , and fairfield is not strata-title and open concept , so ur investment should b safe due to uniqueness

I work in KLCC area. A lot of ways to go to KL from south and route depends on what time you leave. General principle, if you leave at 6.30-6.45am, arrive within 30-40 mins max whichever route you take. 7am usually takes an hour.. 730 above 1 hr 15 mins.. 8 above is 1 hour.. 830 above is 40  mins..Time is from BB bangi. So if we bertolak from TH, maybe need to add another 5-10 mins.

MY Usual routes :
1) Kajang Silk - Besraya - SMART
2) Kajang Silk - Besraya - MRR2 - AKLEH
3) PLUS via Bangi exit - SMART/MEX/MRR2

Nearest route from current "entrance" of TH. Either via Nadayu towards Jalan Reko or Bandar Tek. About 5-6km..

Current way without K2 access is about 10-20mins drive depending on traffic. There are 2 accesses for the MRT or KTM.

1) Try google map to KTM Kajang. MRT station is near Kajang KTM at Jalan Bukit.

2) Or google map Taman Mahkota/Taman Hijau Kajang. There is a pedestrian bridge from Jln Reko to both stations. There is also a multistorey parking here to cross the rail.

Until there is a firm plan to build MRT at K2 near new proposed K2 KTM, Kajang will be the nearest MRT station.

Route 1 - RM1.8+RM2+RM3=RM6.8
Route 2 - RM1.8+RM2+RM2.5=RM6.3, if use Besraya extension add another RM2=RM8.3
Route 3 -
SMART:  RM2.7+RM3=RM5.7
MEX: RM2.7+RM2=RM4.7
MRR2-AKLEH: RM2.7+RM2.5=RM5.3

Have fun experimenting hahaha.. There are 2-3 other routes I use in the morning. I change my route every 2-3 days for the sake of it.

Going back is usually via MEX-PLUS exit Kajang-Kajang SILK or via Besraya-Kajang Silk. Least traffic. Average an hour from KL.

Usually thats the fastest to KL but because I access KLCC parking from AKLEH, thats why I prefer that route. If its 6.30-7.15am can opt for cheapest route. I start work at 9, so not a problem to go out at 8.00am, hence why I choose fastest route.

Lol the route connecting TH already not appealing plus the upcoming HTC. With such price tag i was wondering whether it will affect those potential buyers 

HTC is not friendly to health... properties to drop 30% at least...

why allow such HTC to run? too many housing estate inside and factories requires a lot of powers/... or SEH/EM not enough power?
