something weird is happening i believe.
i check against the website and it says i have already paid on 15th jan.
i remember checking on ways to pay it (trying to earn rebates from credit card and such).
however, i "think" i haven't paid it yet, however, in their system, the status is paid.

i've tried looking at all my banking transaction online and it doesnt seems i have paid for this. unless the transaction was not posted yet.

any possibility that Tropicana has already paid for us?

From my knowledge, it is the responsibility of developer if its still under master land title...but as for our case, the MOT has taken place and title is already under our individual names, so we will have to pay for it....correct me if i am wrong.

Guardhouse looks kinda bad.

Not as bad as WOTP guardhouse.. But it's ok because WOTP guardhouse still the best among all the nearby low cost apartment.

Compare to Brdb senja guard house. This 1 looks real bad. Senja guardhouse way much better.
