I have bought and signed up a 2 years contract with one of the maxis authorized dealer last week 19/6/2015. While i'm still in the shop, The iphone Sim Card Tray is stucked when i using my no cut original nano sim card from maxis. The shop immediately asked me to go to the maxis centre at johor bahru danga bay to exchange a new set. when i reach there the guy there tell me i have to go apple service centre at danga city mall to open the sim tray first. it is ridiculous that maxis centre do not have own staff to open the phone under maxis own warranty!! with a lot of frustration i can only go down to danga city mall apple service centre and requested a report from them. then i go back to maxis centre again and this time they say cannot change 1 to 1 on the spot and can only wait and claim for warranty. seriously what the f!! u sold a factory defect phone, made me signed a 2 years contract with you and you cannot 1 to 1 change the phone for me on the spot when i have paid already!! now i don't know need to wait for how many years for the warranty claim!! bullshit!!! you maxis should really consider to change this stupid policy when people bought the phone and havent even leave the shop and discover the phone is spoilt you should change a new phone on the spot!!!!!!!! you should also hire some phone technician at the maxis centre to check the phone problem because it is under your own maxis warranty and not letting your customer running around for nothing!!!!
after being such a loyal customer of maxis for more than 10 years i am really regretted to buy the phone from maxis.
