yes, as an individual, you may rent the studio to practise and hone your skills. those who are/were in a band would know that at times it would be hard to get everybody to come together and jam some tunes as we all have different commitments. for me, i would love to drum everyday if given the chance but the availability of places/jamming studios that can cater my needs are very small. hence, this idea is born.
