quick question, if i factory reset my note4, will the files in the internal storage will be wipe too? or only the system partition?

thx guys, cant stand Lollipop. maybe will give it a try if 5.1.1 ever come to note4. At the mean time, hold on and wait for the launch of Huawei Mate8 and will pas note4 to my wife. lol.
