android is a 32bit environment program i think

whats your kernel config? care to share?

from aida64 / cpu you can see instruction set is 32-bit armv7, maybe its cause of that?

kernel are sort of instruction sets to how your CPU / GPU and every hardware inside your note 4 react, some governors can provide slight better batt life, some are balanced and some are top max performance, depending on your configuration sets

synapse is the shell for setting the instructions, like setting governor, DNS and so much more

if you have no idea what to touch, don't, just use as default config is good enough

i used the UK for 2 days and changing governors according to mood swing, no random reboots yet

didn't have this issue, maybe you disabled something related to fingerprints system
