hmm....this is strange. i also hv wifi problem on 18/7. Out of the blue, I just cant surf net, whatsapp and fb on my note 4 even though it says wifi is connected. my wife's iphone and ipad hv no issue at all, I tried restart my note 4 a few time but still no help. In the end, i only got back my line after i reset my wifi router and modem. BTW, i'm on stock rom

Not sure if it is the same case, I hv the same problem as you, not with the s planner but with the s note action memo widget keep missing. I solved it by turning on both 'transition animation scale' and 'animator duration scale' under developer option setting to 1x. Never hv that problem anymore since then

yeah the only thing is the warranty you cant claim at samsung. Must send back to seller. But it shouldnt be a problem,using mine so far no problem
