Hi, I just bought a used set, approx 1 yr old.

Want to find out if these battery stats are acceptable?

Already done factory reset, followed by installing basic productivity apps like Whatsapp, FB, Waze, etc.

This morning on the way to office:

8.13am 95%
8.47am 81%
(+34mins: -14% batt)

Usage:
WCDMA ON
WiFi searching ON (not connected)
Waze & GPS ON

9.10am 71%
(+23 mins: -10%)

Usage:
WCDMA ON
WiFi searching OFF
GPS OFF
Usage: Minimal

The battery drop are quite significant if it is only standby mode without any usage. Try check what is the cause of your battery drain by look into your battery usage.

Screen tops it all (9%), followed by Waze (4%).

The rest are cell standby, android system, FB, etc. (2%)

Hmm, what I'm worried is the second part where it drop another 10% in 23 mins without using much of anything at all.

Also, while WCDMA is ON, but with minimal screen time.

Charging progress using computer's USB port

9.43am - 57%
10.30am - 62%

(+47 mins +5%)

I also notice that if WiFI is ON and I am actively using the phone (basic stuff like whatsapp and web browsing), even when charging via computer's USB, the charge % will be declining.

Is it potentially a USB cable problem, or battery problem?

My wall charger unit is 1.0A. I thought fast charger is an optional add-on purchase?
