LHDN got new design website. Was clicking around finding my way around the new site then click on this thing called View Bill Number and I got this -

it seems to say I owe them something from Assessment Year 2003 and 1900 lol.... 1900?
As far as I know I dont owe them anything. My eLedger doesnt say anything about owing them anything either. Wonder what is this thing about....

But is it correct that you didn’t pay?
As far as I know, mine is zero balanced. I’m not going to ask them about it lol
*
I can't recall but my ledger is also showing zero balance all these years (including the first year).

"Malaysians will get more tax relief for medical bills up to RM10,000 from the tax assessment year of 2023 onwards, an increase from the initial RM8,000"

Is it only for self/spouse/child? Or applicable for parents as well?

Parents need or required these coverage??
(I could be wrong though)
I think chances will be alot higher for child
*
Not about the coverage, but the increase of tax relief amount from 8k to 10k.

If the budget mentioned 10k is for item F6(i)
F6(i)....increase coverage and increase by another 2k.
F6(i) .... did not include coverage for parents

I think a parents does not need those extra coverage as per that image (like learning disorder) as the chances of needing those coverage is alot lesser than a child
*
My question was does the extra 2k applicable to F2 or not. But you keep talking about F6. Anyway thanks for the reply.

I told you that's what I thought.

Notice PERKESO limit this year change from RM250 to RM350, and under my EA PERKESO increased to more than RM350, compared to last year RM237.

How about you all?

How is it possible to get more than rm350? The cap is at rm24.75 x 12 which is rm297...but not possible to reach that since the cap was raised only in Sep 2022. How come yours above rm350?
*
Same as mine. Somehow this year they include EIS contribution in the EA form.

I called to HASIL Recovery Call center and they say as long as your e-Lejar shows 0.00 tax balance, you are fine.
Those records are probably prior to e-Filling migration issues.
*
I saw 1 bill (more than 10 years ago) and only few ringgit so i paid it. Now the bill is gone but my lejar shows i overpaid that few ringgit. Kek.

Must have prescription by a registered medical practitioner.

Hi All,

reading from this post regarding EPF voluntary contribution, still i don't understand how does this work

https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=5422441&hl=

currently under employment my EPF deduction is about 10k annually.
Life insurance only 800. is that mean myself can contribute additional amount of 2.2k to max out the 4k deduction?

or this whole thing is not for an employee? because i checked I-saraan top up is only for self employed person.
*
You can top up (self-contribute) 2.2k to max out the 3k deduction.
