All stocks dividends are now Singler Tier, which means there is no longer double taxation since 2014 if I remember correctly.

Guys:
I pay my taxes through this crappy BYRHASIL service and chosen FPX to pay. This is my scenario.

1. Pay using FPX through CIMB for RMx amount of tax.
2. $ from my CIMB account deducted
3. Received email from MyClear that payment was successful

BUT the problem comes when FPX redirected my back to the LHDN page. It show some broken links or so. My question is

1. Did I manage to pay my tax successfully?
2. Payment made on the 11-May

I did call to FPX (no answer!) and to the LHDN and they said they were not able to check if I had paid (wtF?). So anyone encountered any issues like me any how did it work out for you?

Thanks!

Anyone noticed that the tax relief for Housing Loan (SPA signed in 2009 - 2010) is missing from the Be/B form?

@lorrydriverrocks
Yes you can, even buying medicine from the pharmacy is allowed to claim for relief.

@David83
Yes David. Though it's not stated in the paragraphs, I had done the claims before by visiting SunMed. Plus the medicine prescribed from the same hospital was purchased from normal pharmacies.

Hi there!
I have a situation here - I would like to make use of my daughter's name + her savings account (for deposits) for all my rental income. My daughter is only 8 years old. Is it even possible to do that?

Rental income can be deposited into any bank account BUT the TA has to be in the name of the registered owner. Is the same as tenant paying rental in cash and you deposit the money in your daughtet's account.

BTW, under the Contract Act, minor is not allowed to sign any contract.

That’s what I thought too. Thanks for confirming!
